What is SOULstice?
SOULstice is a KACF celebration of our conservation partners around the world and was conceived during the dark times of the Covid Pandemic.
Covid was a dark time for endangered animals and conservation efforts around the world, so in 2021 the Katie Adamson Conservation Fund introduced our first SOULstice event. It was held online on June 21st, the Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year. It was essentially our coming out of the dark party and our way of maintaining connections and celebrating our conservation partners around the world. We had virtual guest speakers and appearances from organizations and people in Nepal, Tanzania, Malaysia, Costa Rica and even right here in Colorado.
This year, we celebrate again, but IN PERSON with guest speakers, drinks, food and lots of levity!
